Chartered accountant – auditor – technical advisor to the judge.
Roberto Carcaterra started his work experience in COOPERS & LYBRAND, an international auditing Company (today PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS).
He was successively employed by a merchant bank, in Rome, operating in the area of telecommunications, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions.
Carcaterra has been a contract professor of “Public finance and financial law”, Faculty of Economics, University LUISS in Rome.
He joined the Studio as a partner in 1989 and he is essentially engaged in the field of corporate and tax consultancy, both in Italy and internationally, and in tax planning.
He is a member of several corporation boards of auditors and he has other appointments in connection with corporate functions.
Mr. Carcaterra is specialized in business evaluation and in company contractual advice with regard to share deals and joint ventures.
He has carried out work for the Tribunal and for other public authorities (official receiver, trustee in bankruptcy, technical consultant to the public prosecutor).
He is licensed to assist and represent tax - payers in tax disputes before the revenue tribunals. |
